Tremper
Avant la première utilisation, faites tremper les dents dans de l'eau tiède pendant 2 à 3 minutes. Faites-les tremper brièvement avant les utilisations suivantes pour les rendre plus souples.
Gratter
Une fois l'eau ajoutée au matcha , incorporez délicatement la poudre qui se trouvait sur les parois du bol au mélange.
Fouet
Déplacez rapidement votre poignet en forme de M ou W Veillez à ce que les dents ne s'enfoncent pas dans le fond du bol.
Rincer et sécher
Rincez à l'eau tiède après utilisation. Laissez sécher le fouet à l'air libre sur un support ou posez-le sur son manche, les dents vers le haut.

This matcha is incredibly high quality, and the bamboo whisk is by far the best I’ve ever used. It’s durable, doesn’t break easily, and blends the matcha perfectly. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and every time I get a smooth, clump-free cup. I highly recommend trying both – definitely worth it!
It's a lot better than my older whisk. I get a better foam . Make sure to soak the whisk before whisking. I use this everyday and noticed that small parts are bended. It's a bit delicate so make sure to soak before using and clean/store it carefully.
